Greet customers and deliver fast, friendly, straightforward service

Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy

Process cash, credit, and debit payments—and balance your drawer

Answer questions and guide customers to the right products

Build relationships and support repeat business

Conduct outreach to existing and potential customers

Use NetSuite and POS systems for daily transactions

Step into the yard to assist customers when needed

Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

Follow all cash handling and safety procedures

1+ year of retail, cashier, or customer service experience (preferred)

Solid math skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and people skills

Comfort with computers and POS systems

A dependable work ethic—punctuality matters

Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks

Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus

Forklift or equipment experience is a bonus

Full-time role (40 hours/week, with seasonal flexibility)
