Duties - Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas - Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed - Support the dietary department in providing meals to residents or patients - Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of food - Help maintain inventory of supplies and notify supervisor when items need to be restocked ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a food service or dietary role is preferred - Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
