Kindermotion Silicon Valley provides quality gymnastics and movement programs for young children 3-12 years old. As we continue to make a positive impact on the lives of young children, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fitness and Movement Manager to lead our programs.
Job Description:
The Fitness and Movement Manager at plays a vital role in overseeing the execution and overall success of our movement programs for children. This position requires a passionate and creative individual who can provide leadership and direction to a team of instructors while maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment. Your responsibilities include teaching, supporting our teaching staff, collaborating with our partner centers, contributing to marketing efforts, and adeptly handling various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Fitness, teaching, and training experience.
- Enjoys working with young children ages 3-12.
- Be a self-starter and can work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable transportation.
- Punctual, with excellent time management skills.
- Open to commuting around the Palo Alto to Santa Clara area for teaching, training, and marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with project management tools, and basic social media knowledge.
- Conducts various administrative duties as necessary.
Benefits:
This is a commission based role with pay starting from 10% of gross revenue from all the centers and all classes this candidate successfully onboards our program to. Bonus incentives are also available. Irrespective of the output, the following bills will be reimbursed, gas and mobile phone, along with any paperwork related expenses.
