Foreman Position
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage framing crews on residential and commercial job sites
Read and interpret blueprints and plans
Coordinate daily tasks and maintain project schedules
Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners professionally
Train and guide crew members when needed
Qualifications:
Experience in framing and general construction required
Leadership experience preferred
Ability to read plans and solve problems in the field
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
Knowledge in multiple phases of construction is a plus

Construction Laborer Position
Responsibilities:
Assist with framing, material handling, clean-up, and general construction tasks
Use hand tools and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow directions from foreman and crew leaders
Help with various phases of construction as needed
Qualifications:
Construction experience helpful but not required
Willingness to learn and work hard
Dependable and punctual
Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically throughout the day
Positive attitude and team mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
