General Purpose:

Strong candidates for this position actively fulfill the requirements of being a customer service representative while working out of a delivery vehicle.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed with a high level of integrity, always treating people with respect.
- Properly utilizes the daily manifest for deliveries and pick-ups and other aspects, making all notes as appropriate to update our information
- Efficiently pick up and deliver customer clothing and other textile products in a proper, efficient and timely manner with a good geographical knowledge of the assigned route areas
- Maintains a clean, organized and properly stocked company vehicle, promptly reporting any maintenance needs or mechanical problems
- Reports and records all customer complaints and concerns to their supervisor
