We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists to help grow for 1st shift, 2nd Shift and Weekend Shift A and B
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate 5-axis gantry mill to machine large/complex parts
- Completes Laser Access and customer paperwork as required
- Follow safety requirements and maintains certifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to make quality parts
- Keep CNC area clean and perform maintenance tasks as needed
- Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Strong work values, dependability, honesty, and high standard for quality
- 5-axis/complex machining experience greatly preferred
- Strong decision-making skills, self-confidence and a positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, and show attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ Years Machining experience in operating CNC vertical and horizontal mills
- Experience working with castings a plus
- Experience running 5-Axis machines heavily favored
- Lathe experience a plus
- Haas control experience a plus
- Ability to set up tools for jobs and handle machine coding
- Proficient computer and math skills (basic math, algebra, geometry and blue print reading)
- Able to work with and give feedback to department supervisors to resolve issues on the shop floor
- Working knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing

Shift: 2nd Shift and Weekend A and B Shift
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Thursday
- Weekend 6:00AM to 6:30 PM Fri thur Sunday work 36hrs get paid for 40 hrs
Experience:
- Knowledge of Heidenhain Controller is a plus
- Gantry Mill a plus
