Schulte Staffing is hiring multiple Assemblers/General Laborers for a leading precision manufacturing company near Haverhill, MA. These are long-term opportunities in a clean, professional manufacturing environment assembling high-precision mechanical products and subassemblies.
We are seeking candidates with mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience who are comfortable working with blueprints, hand tools, and precision components.
Schedule and Pay
Monday–Thursday, 10 hour shift, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
$20-$21/hr DOE
What You’ll Do
- Assemble mechanical products and precision subassemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Use hand tools, testing equipment, and measuring devices
- Fit, align, and adjust components to required tolerances
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Support testing and production requirements as needed
Requirements (Must Have)
- 1–3+ years of manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or blueprints
- Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Preferred Experience
- Precision assembly or close-tolerance manufacturing experience
- Experience using testing or inspection equipment
- Background in mechanical, manufacturing, or technical assembly
