We are hiring experienced CDL A Flatbed Drivers in Goodyear, AZ, with a guaranteed pay rate of $1,500 per week. This role involves transporting equipment for major events throughout the Southwest, with many local routes and minimal overnight travel. This is a driving opportunity, offering you real support from a dedicated team and consistent work throughout the year.
- Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $1,500
- $250/day (5 days) = $1,250
- $50/day per diem (5 days) = $250
- Mileage Bonus: $0.30 per mile for all miles over 2,000 in a work week
- Non-Running Days: $200 per day
- Consistent, year-round work

- Freight: Specialized equipment for event set-ups and tear-downs
- Equipment: Flatbed trailers
- Handling: Secure loads using straps only - no chains or tarping required
- Operate flatbed trailers transporting specialized equipment for event set-ups and tear-downs.
- Haul event equipment to and from venues across regional routes throughout the Southwest.

- Experience: 4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Valid CDL A
- 18+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
- Flatbed experience preferred
- Strong safety record
- Ability to safely secure loads
- Comfortable with regional travel and a flexible work schedule
- Must be at least 21 years old
