Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues using proper safety procedures.
- Apply chemical agents and pesticides safely and effectively, adhering to all pesticide management regulations and safety protocols.
- Operate company vehicles, power tools, hand tools, farm machinery, and ladders safely during pest control treatments.
- Educate customers on pest prevention strategies through integrated pest management techniques tailored to their specific needs.
- Promote pest control services by explaining treatment options, benefits, and maintenance plans to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of pesticide applications, chemical handling procedures, and treatment reports following safety standards.
- Follow confined space entry safety procedures when working in restricted or hazardous areas to ensure personal safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong interest in outdoor work environments such as farming, landscaping, lawn care, or agriculture.
- Knowledge of pest control methods, pesticide application techniques, and chemical agent handling.
- Familiarity with ladder use, ladder safety procedures, and the operation of farm machinery or power tools.
- Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols including respiratory protection and confined space entry safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating company vehicles is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools, lawn equipment, or farming machinery is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
