Milis Flatwork is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in the field, communicates well with crews and customers, and takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality work on schedule.
You'll work closely with field leadership, customers, and office staff to ensure every project is planned properly, staffed efficiently, and completed to Milis Flatwork standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial concrete construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project schedules and keep work progressing on time.
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents before work begins.
- Visit jobsites regularly to monitor quality, productivity, and safety.
- Identify potential issues early and implement practical solutions.
- Track project costs, labor, materials, and production.
- Communicate project updates with customers and company leadership.
- Ensure projects meet contract requirements, company standards, and safety expectations.
- Support foremen by providing resources needed for successful project execution.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projects.
- Experience leading bilingual crews is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of concrete placement, forming, finishing, and construction sequencing.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans, and schematics interpretation.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate crews and maintain accountability.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Google Suite
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
