Job Description:
Responsible for assisting guests and monitoring Resort property including parking lots, pool and spa areas.
- Aids guests, when requested, regarding Resort services or surrounding areas to the best of their ability.
- Watches, investigates and reports any suspicious people or activity to Management/Front Desk.
- Helps spot and correct any unsafe conditions found on property.
- Assists with room deliveries as needed.
- Aids in keeping the Resort’s premises litter free.
- Execute promptly any requests of the Management to provide efficient performance required at the Resort.
Stand and walk for extended periods. Interact pleasantly and politely with the public. Provide a consistently high standard of conduct, demeanor and attitude while on property, whether on or off duty.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in guest services or dealing with the general public is preferred. Valid driver’s license. Able to work independently.
