Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various clients. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. The Recruiter will play a key role in enhancing our talent acquisition processes and supporting company growth through effective talent management and recruitment practices.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies using platforms such as ADP Workforce Now. Indeed, and various job boards
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging networks to generate leads and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage the entire hiring process including screening resumes, conducting interviews (interviewing), assessing candidate fit, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and assist in employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within ATS and HRIS platforms such as ADP.
- Engaging with outside partnerships and participate in career fairs.
- Assist in training & development programs related to recruiting best practices and HR policies.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through relationship management skills to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Recruiter preferred
- Proven experience in recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex employment contracts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates at all levels and maintaining positive relationships with hiring managers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms is required.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to conduct research for lead generation and talent sourcing initiatives.
- Experience with social media management for recruiting purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and HR training & development programs.
