Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team in a private school setting. The ideal candidate will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. This role involves creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters the academic and social development of students. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing curriculum, implementing effective teaching strategies, and ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education.
Duties
- Implement Creative Curriculum a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes literacy education, math skills, and overall student engagement.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Educate students through innovative teaching methods, ensuring that each child’s individual learning needs are met.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience for students.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary.
- Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking among students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or a related field;
- Proven experience in classroom management and curriculum development.
- Strong knowledge of literacy education and math instruction methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
