Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff
- Support catering and banquet setups by providing cleanware and assisting with cleanup after events
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal to ensure a tidy environment
- Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following proper hygiene protocols at all times
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery and uphold hospitality standards
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and cleaning protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food service operations, including bussing, cleaning, and light food prep
- Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus but not mandatory
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
