Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Mixologists and Cocktail Servers. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with legal requirements
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers or small plates in a nightclub or banquet setting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours and special events such as catering or banquets
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is highly desirable, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly, with an understanding of liquor laws and responsible beverage service policies
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry
