We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team. We provide training for individuals with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Position Summary
As a Member Service Representative (MSR), also known as a Bank Teller or Customer Service Representative, you will provide outstanding service to our members while processing financial transactions accurately and efficiently. You'll help members with their everyday banking needs, answer questions, open accounts, and recommend products and services that fit their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet members professionally in person and over the phone.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other financial transactions.
- Open and maintain checking, savings, and other member accounts.
- Assist members with account questions and resolve concerns.
- Educate members about credit union products and services, including loans, debit cards, online banking, and other financial solutions.
- Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction accuracy.
- Maintain member confidentiality and comply with all policies and regulations.
- Perform account maintenance, clerical duties, and other operational tasks.
- Assist management and team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in banking, credit unions, retail banking, customer service, cash handling, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
- Ability to accurately handle cash and maintain balanced transactions.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and commitment to excellent member service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
