Job Title: Part-Time Clinical Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. Previous clinical research experience is a plus, but not required. A medical background and strong computer skills are preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn and grow in clinical research.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with Phase II–IV clinical trials.
- Screen and recruit study participants.
- Schedule and coordinate study visits.
- Collect and maintain accurate clinical research documentation.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with study participants, sponsors, monitors and healthcare providers.
- Enter and maintain study data in electronic systems.
- Assist investigators with study-related procedures and follow-up.
