- Follow company safety rules in accordance with OSHA regulations such as: Wearing PPE, safety shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, and gloves.
- Complete all tasks as required or assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or upper management.
- Cross train as directed and be willing to work at any production or shipping position in the plant.
- Ensure quality checks are done consistently.
- Ensure coil changes and machine changeovers are done as efficiently as possible while maintaining a safe environment.
- Always maintain a clean work area.
- Verify each bundle tag is marked correctly for the customer order.
- Minimize the amount of waste.
- Responsible for keeping the coil storage area and roll-former area organized.
- Perform all duties required of the roll-forming system.
- Act professionally as a team player always.
- Provide accurate documentation of all work completed.
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiencies
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
- Excellent Attendance.
