Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (Entry-Level) to provide day-to-day administrative and scheduling support in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and calendar updates.
- Organize meetings and prepare materials when needed.
- Screen phone calls and respond to routine email inquiries.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records and organize digital files.
- Assist with travel arrangements and appointment confirmations.
- Track deadlines and provide reminders for upcoming tasks.
- Handle document filing, scanning, and record management.
- Support general office operations and administrative projects.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No previous experience required; training is provided.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
