Duties
- Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are attractive and up-to-date
- Operate a Clover POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and back-of-house areas to uphold safety standards and store appearance
- Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting while practicing safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
Requirements
- Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and stock movement
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory control
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
- Basic math skills for counting stock, processing transactions, and managing inventory levels
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude; ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
