Hiring Tool Assembly Techs AND General Laborers!
First Shift with overtime weekly.
What you'll do:
- Lift and move various types of materials or if part of the tool assistants will work directly with downhole tools to assemble and dissasemble for proper rebuild
- Wash, tear down, and rebuild tools following detailed work instructions
- Log detailed information into company software (we'll train you)
- Keep your workspace and equipment clean and ready to go
What we're looking for:
- Honest, reliable, and on time every day. This is non-negotiable.
- Must be comfortable meeting physical demands and performing manual labor in any climate.
- 1–2 years tearing down, cleaning, and rebuilding tools or equipment
- 2–5 years in a shop, warehouse, construction, rigging, or hands-on manufacturing environment
- Mechanical mindset — you can look at a tool and figure out how it works
- Comfortable with a computer (Windows 10, basic Microsoft Office)
- Can lift 75+ lbs and pass a drug screen and background check
- Stable work history — we want someone who sticks around
Nice to have:
- Previous downhole or oilfield tool / rigging experience

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
