Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Pediatirc Early Intervention Program. In this vital role, you will provide specialized occupational therapy services to children with diverse developmental, neurological, and physical needs. Responsibilities
Provides motor and sensory assessments, develops functional goals, and recommends strategies for children with fine motor and sensory processing challenges.
Reports To: Director of Thrive and Grow Inc.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid California OT license. Experience in pediatric and early intervention settings preferred. DOJ clearance and background check. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct motor and sensory processing assessments. Develop and implement individualized fine motor and sensory goals. Provide direct intervention services in natural environments. Train caregivers on strategies to enhance daily functional activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize child outcomes. Document services and submit progress reports as required.

Pay: $60.00 - $95.00 per hour
