KanPak is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to oversee daily warehouse and shipping operations at our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and team performance while supporting production needs and meeting customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Lead and coordinate daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment at optimal cost

Schedule shifts and assign tasks based on workload and staffing needs

Monitor employee attendance and address issues in alignment with company policies

Collaborate with Production and Quality teams on inventory, quality, and production matters

Coordinate load-out schedules with internal distribution teams and external carriers

Maintain a safe, organized, and sanitary warehouse environment in compliance with regulations

Ensure adherence to quality assurance and housekeeping standards

Monitor cooler inventory for rotation, coding accuracy, and traceability
-
Ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions (shipments, damages, donations, losses)

Support company objectives related to food safety, regulatory compliance, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction

Participate in developing short- and long-term operational goals

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate’s degree or equivalent warehouse management experience required

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing warehouse teams

Ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification within 30 days

Experience in food manufacturing or aseptic environments preferred

Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Full-time, day shift (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts)

Facility operates 24/7

Work performed in a warehouse environment with material handling and forklift operation

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing

Lifting up to 50 lbs

Active, physically demanding work environment
Pay Range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually
Additional Compensation: May include overtime and shift premiums depending on schedule
