TMS Technician / Doctor’s Assistant
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Doctor’s Assistant / TMS Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, enjoys working closely with patients, and is committed to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Administrative Support
- Assist physicians and clinical staff with patient care and daily operations.
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms.
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and referrals.
- Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
TMS Technician Duties
- Administer TMS treatments according to physician-approved protocols.
- Educate patients about TMS procedures and answer general questions.
- Monitor patient comfort and response during treatment sessions.
- Document treatment parameters and patient progress.
- Communicate patient concerns or clinical observations to providers.
- Maintain TMS equipment and ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared.
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines related to TMS therapy.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to patient confidentiality.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
