Position Overview
Alveida Health Group is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional mental health services through evidence-based treatment and patient-centered care.
This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, allowing clinicians to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a lasting difference in the lives of patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when needed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals, coping strategies, and available resources.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations, ethical guidelines, and Arizona licensing standards.
Qualifications
- Current Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing.
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field.
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.

- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
