Orono Commons is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension. - Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Morning)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $65.00–$75.00 per hour
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead and support department managers and facility staff.
- Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Active Maine Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (Required)
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a leadership role within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to effectively manage facility operations and staff.
