We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry/Housekeeping team member to join our staff in Cleveland, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry duties efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room supplies as needed.
- Operate laundry equipment to wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and guest laundry.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and laundry areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
