Brief Description of Work:
The Administrative Assistant works with the Administrative Support Specialist to provide customer service for the rental of picnic shelters, spray grounds, show wagons, and various neighborhood park amenities throughout the City of Greensboro. This position is also responsible for assisting with our EAM system. Duties include taking reservations by walk-in, phone, and email. Responsible for financial transactions, handling payments, and balancing a cash drawer. The person in this position will sort and distribute incoming mail and provide administrative support to other staff as needed and in the absence of the Administrative Support Specialist.
The Job is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA.
