Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup.
- Conduct patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and reviewing medical records to ensure safe treatment plans.
- Assist in chairside procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
- Take and interpret medical imaging such as X-rays, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment notes, and medical coding in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

- Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current credentials.
- Experience in general dentistry and pediatric dentistry settings is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
- Ability to perform patient care tasks including vital signs measurement, medical imaging, and documentation review accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their oral health needs.
Pay: $53.00 - $57.00 per hour
