PerdueWorks Therapy Group is looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Gainesville, Texas. We are seeking a PT who is confident, collaborative, and passionate about helping children reach their highest level of function in a supportive outpatient pediatric setting.
This position will include completing pediatric physical therapy evaluations, developing and updating plans of care, and providing clinical support and supervision for a Physical Therapist Assistant PTA. Pediatric experience is required, as we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with children with developmental delays, gross motor delays, neuromuscular needs, coordination difficulties, and other pediatric therapy concerns.

Responsibilities include:
- Complete pediatric physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care and functional goals
- Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy services
- Supervise and support a PTA
- Collaborate with OT, ST, families, and clinic staff
- Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with caregivers
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experience required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable supervising a PTA
- Passion for working with children and families
