Position Overview
Winback America is seeking a Business Operations & Finance Coordinator to support day-to-day operational, financial, and customer support activities within a growing international organization.
This role combines operational coordination, finance support, customer communication, and reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations Support
- Coordinate operational and administrative processes across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
- Support customer order follow-up, shipment coordination, and documentation management
- Assist with operational reporting, tracking, and internal process improvements
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across systems and reports
Finance & Reporting Support
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
- Assist with invoice preparation, payment tracking, and customer account follow-up
- Monitor installment/payment plans and maintain accurate tracking schedules
- Prepare operational and financial reports using Excel and SAP
- Support management reporting, KPI tracking, and reconciliation activities
- Assist with expense tracking and credit card reconciliations
Customer & Sales Support
- Coordinate customer communication related to invoices, orders, payments, and documentation
- Support accessory invoicing and shipment coordination
- Partner with Sales Administration and Operations teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness and professionalism with customers and vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, finance support, business administration, customer operations, or similar role
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reporting)
- ERP/SAP experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving business environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
