Ballistic Raider Roofing is hiring motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to help homeowners with storm damage inspections, roof replacements, repairs, and insurance restoration projects.
You do not need roofing experience to apply. We are looking for people who are hungry, coachable, confident talking to homeowners, and ready to get paid based on results.
This is a field sales opportunity. You will be knocking doors, setting inspections, meeting homeowners, learning the roofing process, and closing jobs with company support.

What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Offer free roof inspections to homeowners
- Schedule and perform roof inspections
- Identify possible hail, wind, or storm damage
- Help homeowners understand the roofing and insurance process
- Follow up with leads and customers
- Collect photos, paperwork, and job information
- Work with the company to move jobs from inspection to signed contract
- Represent Ballistic Raider Roofing professionally
Who We’re Looking For

Compensation
This is a commission-based 1099 opportunity.
Starting compensation structure:
15/50/50 split
Company overhead is taken from the gross job amount, then remaining job profit is split 50/50 between the company and the sales representative.
Full-time, consistent reps have the potential to earn $70,000–$150,000+ per year, depending on effort, production, and closed jobs. Earnings are commission-based and not guaranteed.
Advancement
We are building a sales team, not just filling a seat.
Reps who produce may earn the opportunity to:
- Train new sales reps
