Rohrer Seeds is seeking the ideal candidate to join our team as a PT Accounting Assistant that supports different aspects of our accounting department. We are looking for someone who is humble, hungry, and "people smart" to come and grow with us! Joy and knowledge of gardening, or landscaping is certainly a plus but is really not required. Top notch computer skills and a focused attention to details are a must, as is the ability to learn processes quickly and thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment. Position is expected to work between 15-30 hours per week depending on the accounting seasonality work flow. This role has room for some personal schedule flexibility.
Rohrer Seeds is a 107-year-old family-owned lawn and garden seed and supply wholesale and retail company located in Lancaster, PA.

Preferred Education/Experience:
- Proven experience demonstrating excellent teamwork.
- Accounting tasks or data processing: 1 year preferred
- Experience in accounting/bookkeeping or similar experience preferred but not required.
- Excellence with technology including Microsoft Excel is required
