Overview:
The Fat Shack in Boulder is searching for highly motivated, hard working and dedicated kitchen professionals to join our team. This job is what Fat Shack is all about: serving customers delicious and exciting food while providing them with a friendly experience, no matter how late at night!
LATE NIGHTS REQUIRED – This position is for weekends and late nights. Please assure you are comfortable working until 4am before applying.

Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Fat Shack standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fryers, grill, assembling on the mainline, taking orders, expo line, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen and lobby neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Work safely around kitchen equipment
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all closing tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- LATE NIGHTS REQUIRED – Must be able to work as late as 4am to apply for this position

Pay: $17.00 - $20 / hour plus tips!
