A HATCH Store Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales results, and building meaningful relationships with our community. This role serves as a brand ambassador by providing personalized service, maintaining product expertise, and supporting daily store operations.
What you’ll do

Meet company requirements in selling, merchandising and operations while safeguarding

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Develop and maintain genuine client relationships which contribute to store sales

Accountable for maintaining and updating a client book with detailed information on customers,

best clients, new additions, existing clients, due dates, etc.

Maintain product knowledge to optimize daily sales on all collections, Beauty and 3rd party

Ensure personal image meets company standard and accurately represents the brand

Comply with all point of sale policies procedures and properly execute operational functions

Monitor shipping, transfers and special customer requests

Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping

What You'll Bring

Be at least 18 years old.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Comfortable using digital tools, POS systems, and reporting platforms.

Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

Comfortable working independently during single-coverage shifts.

Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
Physical Requirements

Ability to regularly bend, lift, carry, push, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 30 pounds.

Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders and step ladders, and frequently reach overhead while performing store operations.
