Full-Time Live-Out Nanny/Housekeeper

A busy family in Ridgefield, Connecticut is seeking a dependable, flexible, and experienced Nanny/Housekeeper to care for three children, ages 8, 6, and 4, while providing light, child-focused household support.
This is an active and sometimes hectic household, so the family is looking for someone with a calm, confident, and steady personality who can easily adapt to changing schedules and keep the children engaged and on routine.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Schedule can vary from week to week based on the family's needs
- Occasional evenings until 9:00–10:00 PM
- Family provides advance notice of schedule changes whenever possible
Responsibilities
- Pick-ups and transportation to activities
- Active supervision and engagement with the children
- Encourage outdoor play and activities after school
- Help with homework and daily routines
- Manage sibling dynamics with patience and consistency
- Children's laundry and making beds
- Dishes and kitchen clean-up
- Basic meal preparation for the children
- Tidying children's spaces and common areas
- Light household errands as needed
All housekeeping is child-focused and intended to support the family's daily routines.

- Willingness to occasionally work later evenings
- Local candidates only — relocation assistance is not available
Compensation
$30–$35/hour, depending on experience.
