Compensation

Job Description:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
· Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Human Performance Improvement, or a related field.
· 1+ year of instructional design experience.
· Proficient with Articulate Rise and Storyline
· Experience conducting needs analyses and developing performance-based learning solutions.
· Demonstrated experience designing and developing:
o eLearning
o Virtual instructor-led training
o Job aids and performance support tools
· Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Experience partnering with SMEs and business stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Required Technical Skills
· Articulate Rise 360

· Microsoft Office Suite
· Microsoft Teams
· Visual design fundamentals
· Accessibility best practices
