Pro Shop Tee Sheet Operator & Merchandise Sales Associate

What You’ll Do:
- Manage tee sheet operations including booking, check-ins, and member interactions
- Assist members and guests with merchandise purchases
- Maintain attractive, organized retail displays in the pro shop
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, apparel, and golf products
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support daily golf shop operations as needed
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at the pro shop desk
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers
- Support supervising staff with training new team members and overseeing daily operations

- Retail or golf shop experience preferred (but not required)
