Immediate Hire Internship to Optional Full-Time
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service (Preferred but not required)
* Bilingual in Chinese or Cantonese (Speaking only is fine)
* Insurance background or Insurance License (Bonus but not required)
* Detail Oriented and Organized
* Good patience in dealing with people
* Positive and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person & over the phone insurance quotes
* Document and update customer records based on interactions
* Handle customer questions, payments, policy changes and follow-ups
** 90 Day Probation Period - May be shorter depending on performance
