Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents
- Implement sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and area carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing, as needed
- Dust surfaces, clean windows, mirrors, and other fixtures to uphold a polished appearance
- Handle manual tasks involving light lifting and outdoor work as needed for outdoor areas or larger cleaning projects
- Communicate effectively with leadership team regarding their specific cleaning preferences and special requests to ensure satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or hospitality cleaning environments with knowledge of cleaning surfaces and sanitation practices
- Strong understanding of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals along with proper handling procedures for safety
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residence areas or projects
- Ability to perform light lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for manual handling tasks
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus for maintaining exterior spaces or outdoor amenities
