A successful top-rated personal injury law firm is actively seeking an associate attorney to join the firm's thriving plaintiff's PI practice.
The firm is growing (10 attorneys) and very well established (32+ years), busy and financially stable. The firm has a strong track record of successfully handling higher value personal injury cases, including those involving catastrophic injuries and death.
Because we represent families and people that have suffered serious and life changing injuries and damages, we are looking for a Great Lawyer (or one in the making) who considers this work a privilege and a true calling. There is a strong commitment to achieving excellence and creating superb client satisfaction at Davis Law Group.
Successful candidates will likely have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of strong civil litigation experience. Insurance defense attorneys are welcome. Prior plaintiff's personal injury experience is a big plus. You should expect to hit the ground running by taking over many active cases, to include all aspects of plaintiff's PI practice (e.g., depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, trial preparation, etc.). Some remote working from home is likely.
