We are seeking a Senior Electrical Installer to lead installation and start-up of Fire Alarm, Security, and Building Automation systems on larger commercial projects. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role ideal for experienced installers who can run jobs, oversee teams, and execute projects from install through final certification.
The main requirement for the role is the ability to bend conduit
The projects take place in various locations throughout Northern VA, DC, and Southern MD.
- Lead installation, programming, start-up, and certification of low-voltage systems
- Execute Fire Alarm, Security, and Building Automation installs on complex projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system designs
- Install conduit, cable pathways (J-hooks, raceway), and full system wiring
- Supervise and mentor junior installers on job sites
- Perform system check-outs, testing, and basic troubleshooting
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and to customer specifications
- Provide customer walkthroughs and basic training upon completion
Pay: $27.00 - $44.00 per hour
