Job Summary
Breezy Barks and Bubbles is a luxury one on one mobile grooming business serving Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm, Juno Beach, and surrounding areas. We focus on quality over quantity and provide a calm, cage free grooming experience in a fully equipped, inverter powered grooming van. Generator onboard in the unlikely event the inverter system is down, limiting any down time due to mechanical failure.
We are looking for an experienced and reliable mobile groomer who is passionate about pet care, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of patience, safety, and professionalism.
This is not a "turn and burn" environment. Every appointment is scheduled with the pups and groomer's comfort, safety, and individual needs in mind. We are seeking someone who works well independently, communicates professionally, pays attention to detail, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with both pets and clients.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Bathing and drying dogs
- Brushing and coat prep
- Assisting with grooming support
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the grooming van
- Monitoring pet safety and comfort throughout the appointment
- Communicating professionally with clients
- For groomers: completing appointments to a high standard while handling pets gently and safely
Ideal Candidate:

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a mobile environment
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to safety drive and maneuver a large vehicle
- Professional grooming experience required. Please note: bathing experience in kennel, daycare, or boarding environments is appreciated, however, hands-on experience in a grooming salon or mobile grooming environment is required.
Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding position that involves standing for extended periods, lifting, repetitive motion, and safely handling dogs of varying sizes throughout the day.

This position requires professionalism, reliability, and consistency. Because clients are booked on carefully planned routes, last minute call outs, chronic lateness, and poor communication impact the business and team.
Compensation
- Based on experience, skill level, productivity and position offered
- Experienced Groomer positions may be paid hourly or commission based depending on experience, productivity, and responsibilities, plus tips
- W-2 employee position paid weekly
Groomer position will have "ride along training" for a minimum of 6 weeks. This position has the potential to grow into a larger long-term role for the right person.
Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
