Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator/Recruiter to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will blend administrative responsibilities with recruiting coordination and HR support, making it ideal for someone who has experience working with hiring processes and timekeeping systems.

Provide administrative support to leadership and internal teams

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and candidate interviews

Assist with recruiting efforts, including candidate communication and tracking pipelines

Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records

Manage and oversee ADP timekeeping system, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Handle data entry, reporting, and general office coordination tasks

Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and cross-functional departments

2+ years of administrative or coordination experience

Prior exposure to recruiting, staffing, or HR processes preferred

Experience with ADP timekeeping or payroll systems required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
