Pay: $21.02
Shifts: 8:00a - 5:00p - Monday through Friday
Location: East Hartford CT, 06108
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Process transaction and case maintenance requests accurately while following established procedures.
- Evaluate medical expenses and determine eligibility for medical programs.
- Enter and update consumer information within eligibility determination systems.
- Research and analyze information to ensure accurate case processing.
- Communicate with clients through written and verbal correspondence.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Learn and utilize multiple computer systems and software applications.
- Complete assigned work within required deadlines.
- Maintain excellent attendance and dependability.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Ability to Type at least 45 WPM.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, remain flexible and adapt to change with a positive approach.
- Proficiency (or ability to be trained) with company standard software and PC systems.
- Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback.
- Ability to achieve results through knowledge, commitment and attention to detail and to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
- Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to detect, document and correct quality issues.
- Ability to work with limited direction after initial training.
