Mental Health Therapist (Children & Adolescents)
The Resiliency Center is a growing private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Ohio. We are seeking a compassionate, independently licensed therapist who has a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and their families
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health concerns
- Complete medically necessary documentation within 48 hours of each session
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Utilize standardized outcome measures as appropriate
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other providers when clinically indicated
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards of practice
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Ohio independent licensure (LPCC, LISW, IMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience working with children and adolescents is strongly preferred
- Play therapy training, EMDR training, Autism Spectrum Disorder experience, ADHD treatment experience, or trauma-informed care experience is highly valued
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration with a supportive team

Compensation
- Approximately $70,000–$83,000 annually based on maintaining an average of 25 billable clinical hours per week
- Hourly compensation for both clinical and approved administrative work
- Bi-weekly payroll
