Position Overview
As a Team Member at sneakybird, you play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing food, taking orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a positive and energetic attitude
- Take accurate orders and process transactions efficiently
- Prepare food according to sneakybird standards
- Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume periods
- Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Upsell menu items (drinks, cookies, sauces, etc.) to enhance the guest experience
- Assist teammates and contribute to a strong team environment

Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience
- Food handler’s certification
