Are you looking to gain hands-on laboratory experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment? Join Orlando Health as a Laboratory Assistant II – PRN and play a vital role in supporting patient care through specimen processing, patient registration, laboratory operations, and customer service.

Receive and process laboratory specimens

Register patients and enter physician orders

Label, aliquot, store, and transport samples
-
Support pathology specimen processing

Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies

Assist with scheduling and report distribution

Deliver exceptional customer service

Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Two (2) years of laboratory or patient care experience OR
-
Current student pursuing a science-related degree or certification (Nursing, Medical Technology, Pre-Med, or related clinical field)
