That means a fast, sharp, detail-proud installer makes real money here, because you’re rewarded for what you produce, not for how long you stand around. We roll up to a cracked, oil-stained slab and leave behind a showroom-glossy floor the homeowner photographs — and you get paid on the result.

What you’ll actually be doing:
- Grinding and prepping concrete (yes, sparks — it’s awesome)
- Laying polyaspartic base coats and broadcasting color flake
- Rolling the topcoat that makes floors pop
- Running the rig, keeping gear dialed and sites spotless
- Being the face of Spartan on-site — homeowners remember the crew
How the pay works (real talk):
- Percentage of every job — currently 6.25%, paid on what your crew installs. No cap. Bang out more quality jobs, make more money.
- You ramp in at a lower percentage during training while you learn the system, then step up to full rate as you prove you’ve got it dialed.
- Bonus stacking — extra cash on top for:
◦ Earning customer Google reviews
◦ Snagging the “customer holding the sign” photo
◦ Referrals that turn into booked jobs
- The guys who hustle the reviews, photos, and referrals walk away with the fattest checks. The system rewards the players, not the bystanders.
