This role is essential to the smooth operation of the school counseling department, providing administrative support to the director and counselors while serving as a welcoming point of contact for students, families, and staff.Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the director and school counselors Manage counseling office operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls and emailsProcess student registrationsMaintain accurate student records and ensure confidentialityAssist with transcript requests and student documentationCoordinate meetings, events, and testing logisticsProcess incoming and outgoing correspondenceSupport data entry and NH State Reporting tasksCollaborate with school staff to support student services and programsQualifications: Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in an educational settingStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretionFriendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to supporting studentsWork Environment: This position operates in a busy high school environment with frequent interaction with students, staff, and families.
